What We Do?
Building Rank has extensive experience in property inspection, building condition assessment, and non-destructive testing (NDT) across residential, commercial, industrial, and villa projects. Our qualified engineering team conducts comprehensive inspections covering more than 700 checkpoints, supported by over 40 advanced NDT devices and high-tech inspection tools to evaluate structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, thermal insulation, and building envelope systems. Through detailed technical reports, photographic documentation, and practical recommendations, we help clients identify hidden defects, reduce technical risks, optimize maintenance costs, and protect the long-term value of their properties.

Eng .Mohammad Amer Alshishakly
General Manager
General Manager with +40 years of experience in civil engineering and holds a postgraduate diploma in Transportation Engineering from the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Damascus University (1984), a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Syrian Virtual University (2016), and a Master's degree in Building Information Modeling and Management (BIMM) from the Syrian Virtual University (2023). He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technology Management at the Syrian Virtual University.

Assistant General Manager & Executive Director
The Assistant General Manager and Executive Director of the company’s Syria branch is a consulting architect with +20 years of experience. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Architectural Theories and History from the Faculty of Architecture, Damascus University, 2002, and a Master’s degree in Building Information Modeling and Management (BIMM) from the Syrian Virtual University, 2026.
